Terms & Conditions for Merch In The Church

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Merch In The Church program, you (the “Church”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

2. Program Overview
Merch In The Church provides an online merchandise store powered by Shopify, allowing churches to sell customized products and retain a portion of the profits. The Church is responsible for marketing and promoting the merchandise to its congregation.

3. Initial Setup and Fees

• The Church will have access to the Shopify platform for a promotional period of 90 days at the rate of $1 per month.
• If the Church does not achieve $300 in sales within this 90-day period, it will be responsible for the regular monthly hosting and design fees thereafter.

4. Initial Offerings
Upon signup, the Church will receive:

• 1 line of Scripture coffee (white label available).
• 15 free custom designs uploaded into their marketplace.

5. Revenue Sharing

• The Church agrees to donate 25% of all proceeds from merchandise sales to FosterKids Art.
• The Church retains 75% of the profits from merchandise sales.

6. Marketing Responsibilities
The Church is solely responsible for marketing the merchandise within its community and network. It is essential that the Church actively promotes the products to achieve sales goals.

7. Liability
The Church assumes all liability associated with the merchandise, including but not limited to customer service, product fulfillment, and compliance with local laws and regulations. FosterKids Art and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the sale or use of the merchandise.

8. Master Agency Program
The Church may also participate in the Master Agency program by becoming an authorized retail location for AT&T and Verizon. This allows church members to pay their cell phone bills directly at the church, with earned commissions contributing to the church’s tithing.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the Church must cease all sales and promotions related to Merch In The Church.

10. Modifications to Terms
FosterKids Art reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State/Country].
